Bibi Jordan, Hostess and Chef

An award-winning travel photographer and interior design author, Bibi Jordan has toured the world's best eco-lodges in search of unique design concepts and mouth-watering menus to share with guests.  The decor of the Malibu Yurt and the Malibu Safari Chic Tent are based on her best-selling coffee table books, SWAHILI CHIC and SAFARI CHIC.   A certified-organic grower of Meyer Lemons with an ever-expanding organic vegetable garden, she offers 'farm-to-table' meals that are cooked from scratch and shared over a communal table spiced with conversation about sustainable living, travel, and art.  Her unique style of hosting which brings guests together around a communal table that has earned her over 1,000 5-star reviews on AirBnB was inspired by the hospitality of Africa's top safari camps and the pilgrims' inns on the 500 mile walking trail of the Camino de Santiago.
